Purchasing & Ordering Policy

After placing an order through our website, you will receive an auto-generated email by the system acknowledging that your order is received.  Do check your junk or spam mail for this automated email acknowledgement.

 

Please note that your order is not confirmed yet and subject to our acceptance.

After we have verified the payment and confirm the order, we will give your a confirmation Email / Whatsapp message.

Order will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment by the stated given timeline. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order that payment made after the stated timeline, with full refund given on the payment received via the same payment channel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Kindly note that every bouquet is unique and customized for you. Please note that we do not offer return, exchange or refund for our orders once confirmed.

​

On the rare occasions that an incorrect item or defective item has been received, kindly Whatsapp us within 5 hours with a clear picture as reference and we will attend to you as soon as possible. Any request made after the stated time frame will not be accepted.

The refund will be on case by case basis, we reserved the rights for final decision if there are any disputes.

Please note that all flowers (preserved/dried) are grown and produced differently in different climates, we are unable to deliver an exact replica of your order, do anticipate some slight difference in terms of colors.

Do note that all product images have undergone image-editing for illustration purposes; actual product color may vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
 
We will not be able to inform beforehand what will be replaced as flowers are subjected to availability when we shop at our suppliers. In the event a type of flower/leave/filler is out of stock, we will replace them with a close alternative.
